please read the following notes :

Having checked availability of your chosen property (please note this is updated at the end of the working day) you may use the contact form to make a booking and we will confirm the booking by EMail the next working day followed by full confirmation by post.

You may also, if you prefer,telephone us or EMail us first to check the availability of your required property. We will provisionally hold the property subject to full confirmation on receipt of this form.
It is important you read and understand the Terms & Conditions of booking and insending this form it is implied that you agree to and will abide by these Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque in Sterling If you are booking more than 6 weeks in advance of your holiday you only need to pay a deposit which includes one third of the total rental
Any other items or services you may require during your holiday should be indicated in the 'Additional Items' section below but do notneed to be paid for until the balance is due. We will itemise these requests on your Booking Confirmation. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday commencement then you need to pay the FULL rental and all amounts for additional items, eg Cots, Coal etc.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT

We ask for a Good Housekeeping Deposit of
£150.00 to be paid prior to arrival - this is to cover any damage and is returned after your holiday
